Customer Support Opening at MLC

We're looking for a professional with a commitment to excellent service to join our customer support group. In addition to answering multiple phone lines and routing calls appropriately, you'll process orders and work with customers to resolve questions.


Key skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Well-organized and detail oriented
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and inventory / accounting systems helpful
  • College degree preferred
