Senior Peer Counseling Volunteer Training to
Start in September
Many seniors are anxious or depressed, experiencing grief or loss, or are facing declining health. You can provide emotional support for these vulnerable members of our community by volunteering as a Senior Peer Counselor with the Alliance on Aging. If you would enjoy the challenge of being trained as a counselor and are a compassionate listener, you might consider joining our program. Our clients speak both English and Spanish so bilingual speakers are encouraged to inquire.
Stay tuned to @aoa as training begins in September.
