EMA Welcomes 17 New EMPs, Partners With Energy Symposium for next Seminar & Exam
EMA proudly welcomes 17 new Energy Management Professionals to the organization. The group earned their certifications at the EMP Seminar & Exam session conducted in conjunction with CxEnergy 2016 in Dallas last month. The new EMPs come from a diverse set of companies and include seven people who hold CxA certifications from EMA's affiliated organization, ACG. Meet the new EMPs.
EMA to Conduct EMP Seminar & Exam, Exhibit, Present Workshop at Energy Symposium in Birmingham
T he Symposium is designed for federal and private sector energy managers and others to satisfy training and continuing education requirements. EMA will conduct an EMP seminar & exam, provide a workshop on energy retrofits in the education sector and exhibit at the event. Those registering for the EMP Seminar (only) or the Seminar & Exam will be automatically registered for the full conference at no additional charge! AABC Publishes ANSI Approved National Standards for Total System Balance, 7th Edition
The comprehensive manual, last updated in 2002, details the minimum standards for total system balance, assists design professionals in achieving design intent, provides a better understanding of the scope of work required of the TAB agency, and ensures that proper methods and procedures are followed in the test and balance process. CxA Workshop & Exam, June 25, 2016
The next CxA Workshop & Exam is Saturday, June 25, 2016 in St. Louis, MO. The CxA Workshop includes discussion of the commissioning process outlined in the ACG Commissioning Guideline and its application to "real world" projects. The workshop is followed by the administration of the completely revised CxA certification exam to approved candidates. The exam covers both new and existing building commissioning and reflects the latest industry standards and practices.
