Virtual Maintenance Manager
We have invested in a virtual maintenance management program! This program allows us to better manage and track the entire work order process from service request through to job completion.
Labor costs will be increasing to $49.50 per hour from $45.00 per hour effective July 1st 2014. We have not increased our labor rate in over 2 years, and the cause is a result of market increases in labor, insurance, gas, etc. Our investment in Virtual Maintenance Manager allows us to more efficiently assign, track, and complete jobs, which means less billable time to the client.

Detroit Water Shut-Offs
We have been notified that the City of Detroit is doing mass shut-offs for delinquent water bills that are 2+ months delinquent. Any bills that are currently being processed at our office are not effected as the bills are paid on time every month to the City of Detroit by Garner Properties & Management.
If we receive a notification that the water at your property has been shut off, we will be charging a $45 dollar processing fee as well as any labor charges associated with getting the water back on.
Please contact Client Services for any questions.
