 | Vandalism and Protecting Your Property

Increased theft in the City of Detroit has forced us to take extreme measures to protect your property. We have found that vandals are breaking into boarded up homes to steal and damage mechanicals. Last week we had 6 reported break-ins. We have made it a standard procedure to remove water heaters, furnaces and air conditioner units from vacant properties located in Detroit and store them in a secure location. When the property is rented, we reinstall the units. It's unfortunate that we have to take such measures, but we do so to protect your property.
