Summer has finally arrived and what a welcome change!  Sure, I'm mowing the lawn every 4 days, sneezing a bit more, and everywhere I drive there are orange barrels. But the changing of the seasons is an enjoyable experience. 

And it's not just the seasons that are changing - many things around us are changing, such as technology.  I've been due to get a new phone for some time and Jeff Pergolski has an excellent blog post in this newsletter about Cortana (and the new Windows Phone 8.1). After reading his blog I believe it is time for me to go with the new Windows Phone 8.1 (and maybe a Surface tablet, too).

We are very busy here at ABC - we have continued to be blessed with more customers and projects as well as more staff joining our team.  We are working hard at building our company in such a way that we can deliver a great customer experience.  This will be an ongoing journey for us as business continues to evolve and we must continue to reflect on what we can do better for our customers. 

We recently had the privilege of presenting at a regional NAVUG event. This gave us the opportunity to begin to share what we are doing and, most importantly, to ask customers what they want.  We certainly have a lot of work to do but it doesn't feel like work because we are having fun - building something meaningful and making a difference in people's lives is so worthwhile!
