How Industrial and Service Robots
are conquering the World

Nachi MZ07 Ultra High-speed Articulated Robot
The World's fastest lightweight robot
Nachi's MZ07 robot arm features ultra high-speed motion capability with advanced through-arm dress capabilities to simplify routing of hoses and cables for material handling, assembly, vision and many other applications. Boasting an IP67 rating, the MZ07 robot is the fastest in class with unmatched 0.31 second cycle time.

Flexible mounting solutions allow the MZ07 to be floor, wall, or invert mounted to better suit customers' needs for any given application. In addition to being the world's fastest articulated robot, the MZ07 offers the largest working envelope in its class at 723mm with an impressive repeatability of ±0.02mm.

Harmonic Drive® gearheads for servo and stepper motors
CSG-GH Delivering 30% more torque

Zero-Backlash CSG-GH Harmonic Drive® gearheads deliver 30% higher torque than our standard (CSF-GH) gearhead with 42% longer life while maintaining the same and high accuracy and repeatability. The CSG-GH Series utilizes our proprietary S tooth profile for unrivaled performance. The Quick Connect® coupling design allows easy mounting of any servo motor.
  • Zero Backlash
  • Available in 5 Frame Sizes
  • Peak Torque: 23Nm to 3,419Nm
  • Ratios: 50:1 to 160:1
  • Accuracy: <1 arc-min
  • Repeatability: ±4 to ±10 arc-sec
  • Cross Roller output bearing
  • Available with flange output, output shaft without key or shaft with key and center tapped hole.

Powerful Electric Actuators Replace Hydraulics
Exlar FT Series Roller Screw Actuators

The FT Series delivers high load capacity, high speed, and exceptionally long life compared to acme and ball screw solutions. At equivalent sizes, under moderate to heavy loads, you can expect the FT Series to deliver up to 15 times the working life of other solutions. Greater power, exceptional durability and a much smaller footprint make the FT series a superior electric alternative to hydraulics.
Exlar FT Series force tubes use a roller screw mounted inside a telescoping tube mechanism. The follower is attached to the moveable force tube, which then extends and retracts as the screw rotates.
Exlar electric actuators perform on Sim-zilla, an extreme racing simulator
  • Maximum force up to 40,000lbf (177 kN)
  • Speeds up to 59.3 in/s (1500 mm/s)
  • Strokes up to 96 in (2400 mm)
  • Sealed housing options for severe environments
  • Multiple models and sizes with planetary roller screw drive

RK MultiLift Synchronized Lifting Columns
Electronic lifting units and actuators for the industrial market

RK Lifting devices are particularly suitable for the linear moving of desks, laboratory tables, assembly equipment and handling devices.  They allow for optimal ergonomic adjustment of work platforms and assembly equipment.  The whole technology is integrated and not visible from the outside.  These lifting columns do not need any additional coverings.  Usually, no special electrical knowledge will be required for their commissioning.
The MultiControl creates a complete plug and play system for synchronous operation of two or more columns.  The PLC/PC data interface module enables actuation for the synchronous control system via different input devices such as PLCs, PC and hand switches
