Most of us are like reporters. We look at our circumstances and report what we see. But God wants us to change our perspective. He wants us to look at our future and declare our promises! Don't Grumble and Tumble. Praise and Prevail!

When it seems like your battle is too hard, keep your eyes fixed on the prize. Where there is no struggle, there is no strength.

Our grumbling is effective. It produces something. But does it produce what we really want? Numbers 14:29 says this, "As surely as I live," declares the Lord. "I will do to you the very thing I heard you say." Ouch! This is a great reminder to make sure our mouth comes into alignment with God's word. If we can't speak truth, zip the lip!

Hey Friend,
If I had to sum up my ministry in one word I'd have to say it's all about forgiveness. Which is crazy....since I used to be the angriest lady woman alive. Well,  there's two words that don't go together: angry and lady.

Webster's defines lady as a woman who is refined, polite and well-spoken. That certainly didn't describe me. I'm so glad God saw something in me when I was a mess. He gave me a glimpse of His glory and a snapshot of my destiny that compelled me to follow Him. Then He gave me a new name! Grace.

He has a glimpse of His glory to show you as well. That's the messsage I got to share at a recent conference when my speaker's group, Common Ground 5, spoke at  Getaway Away with God. You can take a sneak peak at a short clip or watch the whole shebang here.

Being contagious is not always a bad thing. It depends on what you are carrying. Can you catch other's faith?

When the Mountain Won't Move

It's easy to love when others are loveable, but the real challenge comes when others are unloveable. Have you ever thought, "Why me, Lord? Why am I surrounded by difficult people?"
