PESACH TIME
EC3 students Avishua Silverstone, Emma Cohen and Daphna Agranov proudly share part of their Pesach themed work including wine, a seder plate and candle sticks.
EXPERIMENTAL ART
EC 15 students (l-r) Amalya Kalman, Alexander Fink and Billie Aranov stand infront of their process art work where they experimented with creating patterns and designs by blowing paint through the tip of a straw. How cool!
PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT
Our drama crew have been putting in lengthy after-hours rehearsals as they put the finishing touches on Aladdin Jr. as they prepare for their weekend performances.
SCIENCE FAIR PREP
Ms. Bigham's class is working on their Science fair project together where they experimented with the laws of aerodynamics.
BUGGING OUT
EC 2 students are working on a storybook art unit. This week they read 10 Black Dots by Donald Crews and painted ladybugs based on the story. Students practiced painting red ovals first, and then painted the black heads and dots on the body of their ladybug.
CREATIVE SPARK
Morah Gross had her 5th graders work in two groups to design the front and back of their class hagadah using Judaic themes in the style and inspiration of artist David Moss who visited our students earlier in the school year.
