VIDEO HIGHLIGHT OF THE WEEK
|
Our 1st-5th Grade Torah Fair was held this week and welcomed over 300 guests who enjoyed visiting and learning with our students about their projects followed by a tasty dinner! Our Bnot Sherut created this video shared at the event recapping our Judaic and Hebrew experiences to date this academic year. Enjoy!

EXPLORE MORE Middle School Science and Social Students students were treated to a field trip to the Museum of Natural Science. Students visited the energy exhibit and learned about natural energy sources, how we find and extract petroleum and solar energy and spent time at the African wildlife exhibit. They capped off the experience at the weather center and tried their luck at being meteorologists.
PURIM BUILDERS EC 2 students (l-r) Sion Moshe Shamooelian Eliya Rozental and Oshri Ratchcovski help to build the city of Shushan as they learn about the incredible story of Purim.
GEOMETRY This week, the 9th grade Pre-AP Geometry students learned about the properties of a kite. Students applied what they learned in class by constructing a kite that satisfied all properties. Students will attempt to fly their kites on Friday March 4th.
TESSLER TEFILLIN Ohad Tessler marked the first time he lay tefillin this week with his family there to join him followed by delicious donuts for the students. Mazal Tov!
READING TIME Every week, our early childhood classes visit with librarian Cynthia Jones to be read a fun and vibrant book in the library. This week, EC 4 experienced "Mr. Seahorse" by the always enaging author Eric Carle.
SHINY AND PRECIOUS Eden Amir (r) with assistance from Shir Tzion Carmel (l) sharing her research on crystals and gems after a trip to the Museum of Natural Science.

Golf
All RMBA students, grades 6-12 who are interested in playing golf, please meet in the gym on Wednesday, March 9th at 12:20. We will create a schedule according to availability of coach and players.
Tennis
The tennis league that we had been a part of the last few years disbanded in early February because of low interest. I am currently looking for alternatives and will let everyone know if I find something.
Sports Awards Ceremonies
The High School Sports Banquet will take place on April 14th at 6:30PM. The Middle School Sports Athletic Breakfast will take place onApril 15th at 8:30AM . More details will be available soon.
