NURSE'S NOOK
Please remember to email or call the nurse if your child is out of school for any health issue. This is especially important as we are in the cold and flu season. Thank you in advance.

If your child needs to take medication on campus for any reason, please make sure you fill out the medication form and bring the medication to clinic. Under no circumstances may a student have any medication in their possession while on campus.

VIDEO HIGHLIGHT OF THE WEEK 
Elementary school enjoyed another Ulpan Maasi program presented by our Bnot Sheirut. The theme was Purim and students played a board game similar to Connect 4 where they answered questions about Purim, visited the famed Israeli bakery I Love Cupcakes to order their cupcake and topings in Hebrew and  decorated their cupcakes to look like Haman.

We are excited to extend a warm RMBA welcome the Chorev family, Roi (EC4) and Emma (EC2) and mom Nataly!
PAST RMBA HIGHLIGHTS 
ALL ABOUT ME
Michael Sulman (Grade 2) shares his "ME" box with his peers. This is an assortment of items that have special meaning and give insight into things that are important to him. Each week a different student in Ms.  Bigham's class gets a turn to share their items and momentos. 


BEST BAKERS
EC4 students preparing their own mini-challahs by rolling the dough, dividing into three pieces and braiding it themselves. Sivan Melnik (l) and Oriya Vaknin (r)


GROWING MINDS 
Kindergarten students each planted beans inside cotton balls soaked in water in individual plastic bags.  They are eager to watch them grow and change.  Teaching assistant Lilach Bashiri helped Noah Jacobs plant his bean. 


TILL THE COWS COME HOME
It is all about the Rodeo and Early Childhood Program students are working on a variety of Rodeo themed projects. EC 15 students (l-r) Emma Saar, Amalya Kalman and Ariel Gonik worked on a fun art project making cows faces. 


SOUND OF MUSIC
Shira Levitt (11th Grade) is working on a piece for AP Art illustrating how music makes her subject matter come to life. 


CACTUS
Rodeo fever is on point as we gear up for Go Texan Day on Friday and EC 3 student Perry Aranov is working on her dessert landscape project. 


THE NOSE KNOWS
EC 2 student Aeden Schlachter (r) looks on as fellow students Shayna Melnik (l) and Marom Terill (r) paint part of the nose. Students are working on  creating large scale body parts.


TORAH FAIR
Elementary School Torah Fair is soon approaching and students are working hard on their projects to display and present at the big event. 



ROLE MODELS
The RMBA team did a phenomenal job representing our school at the 2016 Yeshiva University Model UN competition. Adam Hoffman received 2nd place with an honorable mention for his efforts. 


ATHLETICS UPDATES 
Basketball
High School Boys
The boys finished their season with a loss in the sweet sixteen round of the TAPPS playoffs with a loss to Shiner.  The Stars ended their season with a 15-10 overall, 8-2 district record, and as Bi-District Champions.  Congratulations to all of the boys for a great season.  

Some of the boys will be traveling to New York to play in the annual Sarachek tournament in two weeks.
