   Sparrow

Canadian Prairie songbird Munirih Sparrow and Cameroonian storyteller and singer Gustaff Besungu have launched a 50-date concert tour across the United States. Green Acre will host one of their performances. Besungu and Sparrow explore messages of peace building and the oneness of mankind.

Munirih Sparrow's music weaves Bahá'í prayers with originally-written songs resulting in an intimate performance exploring the interplay of spirituality and art.

A virtuoso on the African djembe, Gustaff Besungu shares aspects of his rich cultural heritage through drum playing, storytelling, music and dance.

Advance reservations for the dinner before the musical program are required. Please email greenacre@usbnc.org  by Wednesday, December 5  and include the names of those in your party, as well as the ages of children you are bringing.
