Showcasing original choreography by our nationally and internationally recognized faculty, this popular concert features advanced dance students, faculty and guest artists. With an array of professional backgrounds in dance genres from ballet to contemporary dance, musical theatre, tango and more, audiences are always delighted with the creativity and diversity this concert delivers.

Welcome to our newest faculty member,
Rachael holds an MFA from UCLA's department of World Arts and Cultures and has taught at UCLA, Cal State LA, and the University of San Francisco. She is a choreographer, dancer, and dance filmmaker who, when not on the road, spent much of the last 15 years in San Francisco, and several years in Berlin. She has performed her work in Germany, Poland, Portugal, Cyprus, Indonesia, and Ireland, and throughout the US in venues including Theater Artaud, Stanford University, Sushi Performance Space, UCLA, and Middlebury College. In 2009 she received the prestigious Bessie Schonberg choreographic residency at The Yard. In addition to her own work, Rachael was a member of The Joe Goode Performance Group and Jo Kreiter's Flyaway Productions, and has collaborated with Kathleen Hermesdorf and Kim Epifano in San Francisco and with wee dance company, Sommer Ulrickson, and Jess Curtis in Berlin. With Leslie Seiters, she is co-founder and director of the duet company Lean-to-Productions. Rachael is in her 15th year with the world renown, touring vertical dance company Bandaloop.
