Friedman Memorial Airport's terminal reconfiguration project will be implemented throughout the winter and spring season, with expected completion in June 2015. This includes a 15,333 sq ft terminal addition as well as a rennovation of parts of the existing terminal.

WINTER RECAP: MORE FLIGHTS = MORE PASSENGERS
Air passenger traffic at SUN continues to grow! As the data clearly shows, better accessibility with more seats supported by more marketing brings more SUN air travelers. The new winter service from DEN contributed to the seat and enplanement increase. The good news is that all carriers showed increases in SUN passenger enplanements for the winter season.
