Greetings!

Welcome to Run Your Own Race.

What's the best thing about Pancake Day? Is it enjoying the preparation? Do you like one with lemon and sugar? Nutella? Cheese and ham? Or do you just not see the point of pancakes? Like our attitudes to pancakes, we're all different. With different tastes. And they all have their place. So, be sure to take a moment today to really enjoy a pancake. Not how somebody else likes it. But just how you like it!

If you need a friendly nudge in the right direction, then Run Your Own Race is my fortnightly newsletter with tips, blogs, quotes and useful content to help you live the life the way you want to live. And it will only take 2 minutes to read!

Happy Pancake Day!

Full of inspirational quotes with a perhaps unsurprisingly Zen quality to them. You may know a few, but every now and again there's a lovely surprise...
