In readiness for adoption of the new gas regulations, RVM Australia is pleased to announce details of Member Information Workshops taking place in two Melbourne locations - Craigieburn (near Tullamarine airport) and Wantirna South.
The workshop will comprise three half-hour information sessions presented by Energy Safe Victoria and the Victorian Building Authority (formerly PIC) and provide ample question-time after each session.
This is a must-attend event for RVM Australia manufacturers and suppliers.

Enzo Alfonsetti - Energy Safe Victoria
Manager, Type A Gas Appliance Safety
Enzo's session will focus on the differences between AS56 01:2004 and the recently published AS/NZS5601.2:2013 with respect to gasfitting in LP gas installations in caravans. The session will also provide an update on a timeframe for when AS/NZS5601.2:2013 should be adopted in Victoria.
Jean Marie Ntahonkiriye - Energy Safe Victoria
Equipment Safety Compliance Officer
Safety of electrical equipment and, in particular, that used in recreational vehicles will be the focus Jean's session. She will also provide a brief explanation of the new Electrical Equipment Safety System (EESS).
Gerard O'Farrell - Victorian Building Authority (formerly PIC)
Director of Plumbing
Gerard will explain the establishment of the VBA and provide an update on the National Occupational Licensing System.
