The year has begun in earnest at national office as we continue where we left off before Christmas.
This notice is to remind you of two important matters for your information and consideration; namely a request for your comments regarding the gas regulation amendments to AS/NZS 5601.1 and AS/NZS 5601.2 and applications for our Strategic Advisory Group.
I encourage those of you proposing or interested in submitting for these matters to do so as a matter of priority. Details are included in the re-produced articles that follow.

 Gas regulation update: AS/NZS 5601.1 & 5601.2
RVM Australia will be reviewing the draft new gas regulations and making a submission. We strongly recommend that you take the time to review it and submit your comments to us for consolidation into our industry submission.

STRATEGIC PLANNING GROUP (SAG) REMINDER

Members have received an email invitation to join RVM Australia's Strategic Advisory Group (SAG). Pleasingly the response to this new initiative has been very encouraging and we have commenced compiling a list of members who we can call upon from time-to-time to provide expert input to our submissions, policy positions and consultations with government and other industry stakeholders.
Applications for membership of the SAG will remain open until Tuesday 15 January 2013 and any members wishing to sign-up can do so by clicking here.
