One of the most popular links on my website is the "Prosperity Prayer." I created a video of the prayer. You can view it here. It's also available as an audio version that you download and listen to whenever you want.

The word prosperity comes from a Latin root which means to have hope, success and good fortune. Prosperity is not a specific dollar amount. Prosperity encompasses many things. It may be best summed up from one of my students who said, "I know that I have within me and around me a Divine flow of abundance. Whatever my goal, desire or dream I have the means and ability to create this thing or situation in my life."

You were born with a wise, loving, inner wisdom called your intuition. It is your connection with the Universe, Spirit, Soul, Divine Intelligence or whatever you choose to call God. When you trust it and follow its guidance it will unfailingly lead towards peace, love, health and abundance.

Abundance Meditation

Here's a very simple meditation to get you started. It just takes a minute or you can do it for as long as you want. You'll find it quite effective when you're feeling anxious or worried.

Close your eyes, take a deep breath, and say the word "relax" as you slowly let your breath out. Do this several times until you feel yourself becoming calm and centered. 

Now, simply call on the loving presence of God (Universe or Spirit if you prefer). There is no "right way" to do this. However you experience it is fine. 

Quiet your thoughts, let go of any anxious feelings, draw to yourself a sense of calm and peace. 

Take in this stillness with your in-breath. Let go of any concerns with your out-breath.

Say to yourself, "I am filled and surrounded by love, abundance and peace."

Visualize the love and light of God enfolding you. Imagine that you are simply sitting in this energy and resting.

Meditating on abundance a few times a day will produce amazing results. I've found that it helps me release fear and worry which are sure to stop your natural flow of prosperity. Intuitive insights and ideas will often pop into my mind after doing this meditation. I'd love to hear about your results!
