"But why am I so favored, that the mother of my Lord should come to me?"

Elizabeth speaks these words to Mary, the mother of Jesus, in Luke chapter 1.
However, it echoes the question of my own heart. Why am I so favored?
This mother's heart is so very full this Mother's Day. I truly am so favored and blessed among all women. I am blessed not only with the children that the Lord has placed in our family, but the children that the Lord has entrusted to us through Bykota House are such a tremendous joy to my heart as well.
Thank you for your faithful, consistent prayers and financial support for International Orphan Aid and Bykota House. Mark and I realize daily that we are only able to do the work that He has put in our hands because of the friends and family that He has brought alongside us.
