Portland has fun free outdoor activities available for your kids this summer, but how do you keep them busy on a rainy summer day? Or just a day when you need to stay close to home? Never fear! We've got five activities for days and nights at home that won't break the bank.


Home Forward Opens Public Housing Waiting Lists

Home Forward will be accepting applications for one-, two-, and three-bedroom public housing waiting lists from Wednesday, July 9, through Saturday, July 12. This affordable housing program offers apartments in many different neighborhoods of Portland. Visit Home Forward's website for more information on this opportunity, including application details and descriptions of apartments in the Home Forward program.
