Hood Harris, president of AT&T Kentucky, will be the featured speaker at the next Coffee with Kyndle breakfast, set for 7:30 a.m. Aug. 21 at Henderson Country Club.

Harris, appointed to head AT&T's Kentucky operations in August, 2013, will offer insights into the continuing effort to upgrade the commonwealth's  telecommunications laws, reflect on AT&T's impact on Kentucky's economy and also share his thoughts on future trends in communications technology.

 Kyndle's Entrepreneurship
Boot Camp 

 

Kyndle, the Kentucky Innovation Network, and the Small Business Development Center are hosting a Shark Tank like program called the 
"Fire Pit Pitch Contest." 

 

Entrepreneurs with ideas for new products or services are encouraged to apply for access to this two part program. The Entrepreneurship Bootcamp is made up of four two hour classes taught by area professionals. The goal is to educate and enable those with a business idea with the knowledge and support necessary to start their own real business.  


 

Enrolling into Kyndle's "entrepreneurship boot camp" is the first step to taking your business dream from idea to reality. 


 

Those who finish the boot camp are eligible to participate in the Fire Pit Pitch Contest. The Fire Pit Pitch Contest will offer contestants a chance to pitch their business idea to a panel of businesses professional - and win prizes as well as investments to help get their business idea off the ground!

Kyndle Accepting Board Nominations for Kyndle Education Foundation


The Kyndle Education Foundation is a non-profit, charitable organization whose primary mission is to support and administer the Imagination Library program in Henderson County. Imagination Library is a nation early-childhood literacy initiative which provides age-appropriate books for kids from birth to age 5 regardless of their families' means. The program serves more than 900 children in Henderson County. The foundation also supports other efforts in Kyndle counties which benefit education efforts or youth.
