Chase Fulcher
Chase Fulcher, an avid Henderson booster who has given, and encouraged others to contribute, millions of dollars to the community, received its highest honor as he was named Kyndle's 2014 Distinguished Citizen of the Year on Thursday evening.

Courtney Melton Givens
Courtney Melton Givens, the marketing teacher at the Henderson County High School's Career and Technical Education unit, was honored as Kyndle's 2014 Henderson County Educator of the Year.
Kyndle's Ambassador of the Year
Shelly Briscoe
Shelly Briscoe, a 25-year veteran of Ohio Valley Financial Group, was honored as Kyndle's Ambassador of the Year.
The ambassador program, started by the Henderson Chamber of Commerce in 2004, consists of volunteers who help represent the organization at various events.

The Kyndle Education Foundation is a non-profit, charitable organization whose primary mission is to support and administer the Imagination Library program in Henderson County. Imagination Library is a nation early-childhood literacy initiative which provides age-appropriate books for kids from birth to age 5 regardless of their families' means. The program serves more than 900 children in Henderson County. The foundation also supports other efforts in Kyndle counties which benefit education efforts or youth.

July 4th Celebration Caseyville Recreation Area and Boat Dock will again be the site of fireworks, BBQ, and music into the night--a July 4th Celebration! No need to cook--food will be for sale all day at the Caseyville Recreation Area, both lunch and dinner. Omar & Donna DJ & Karaoke will play into the night and a local favorite, Family Scavenger Hunt, will start at 7:00 p.m. Bring your lawn chairs and coolers and enjoy the evening. Volunteers continue to take donations for fireworks and you can do so by contacting Jerry and Tammy Dempsey.
