Make your customers love you!
Next Kyndle Brown Bag series seminar will show you how
June 23, Noon

The key to a successful business is a happy and satisfied customer. But don't just settle for "good" customer service, set the bar for "remarkable."

"All customers deserve a 'remarkable' experience," said Anne Thrasher Boyd, who'll be presenting about first-class customer care techniques at the next Kyndle Brown Bag Series lecture, set for noon on June 23 at Kyndle.

Anne Thrasher Boyd

Boyd is a Henderson County native who owns Anne Thrasher Boyd State Farm Insurance, located at the corner of 14th and Green streets in Henderson. She is ranked in the top 3 percent of the nation's 18,000 State Farm agents for the last six years and is a member of State Farm's prestigious President's Club.

"Quality customer service is crucial in any business, so we think this Brown Bag will be valuable for a variety of our stakeholders," Kyndle CEO Brad Schneider said. "Anne does a great job explaining the customer service tips and strategies that have made her agency one of the best in the country."

The Brown Bag is free for Kyndle stakeholders, who can bring their own lunch or contact Kyndle to have a lunch arranged for them. The meeting will take place in the Kyndle training room located at 145 N. Main Street, Suite 500, in downtown Henderson. Guests are asked to enter through the Second Street entrance and to take the elevator to the fifth floor.
