Throughout the month of December, you and your children will be invited to help our leadership team gain a greater understanding of the culture/climate of our school by completing a Comprehensive School Climate Inventory. More information about the survey will be forwarded via USPS mail. The information collected through the survey will be used to help our school assess needs in our efforts to continually augment our school program. Participation in the survey is completely confidential and voluntary; no individual is required to fill out the survey. The survey will take about 20 minutes to complete. We have various school events that need volunteers.  Please go to www.SignUpGenius.Com to signup to help.

The call back list will be posted on Fri., Dec.13th.  Attendance is  MANDATORY for all students who receive a call-back.  If for some reason, students can't be there, we will still consider them for a role, but we need to know if they can't be there or need to leave early. Please let Mrs. Vaughan know know as soon as possible!  All of this information is on Mrs. Vaughan's eBoard.

Everyone who auditions will receive a part.  It may not be as big or small as they like, but I encourage students who audition to follow through with their commitment.  On Tuesday, students will find out their parts.  They will have 24 hours to put their initials next to their role which indicates that they accept their part in the play.

Please have your student wear all black!
We kindly request you bring a dessert that feeds 20 and/or bottled water.
This is a REQUIRED event for all POV students.

The Education Foundation of Lower Merion (EFLM) recently hosted the third annual Trivia Night at the Cynwyd Club as more than 100 teachers, administrators, parents, and community members enjoyed dinner, music, a silent auction, and of course, trivia, all for a good cause. More than $10,000 was raised throughout the evening for the EFLM, which since 2006 has worked to enhance the educational programming of students in Lower Merion School District.  Read more.

Parents Night Out - Sat. 12/14 

Are you looking for a few hours of "adult time"? Just drop your children off at Lower Merion High School on Saturday, December 14 at 6:00 pm. Please refer to the flyer for the cost and what is included in the fun filled night.

This clinic is run by Harriton High School Girls Basketball Team. Not only will you get high quality instruction, you will get the chance to use one of the top facilities in the area. For Grades 1st-8th - this clinic is for players and their parents. It will be held at Harriton High School. The Rams Baseball "Coach the Coach" and Coach the Player clinic is a great way for both the parent and player to learn together.
