Happy Thanksgiving from B-More Dog! We hope you enjoyed time with your family and that it was a safe and happy time with your 4-legged family members, as well.
We hope you know how thankful B-More Dog is, for you and your support. As you know, we are an all-volunteer organization and we truly could not succeed without you! Whether it's making a donation for Giving Tuesday, buying a tee shirt, volunteering at an event or walking with us at Pit Bulls on Parade, we thank YOU for making all this possible!
Welcome to our new friends throughout Maryland! We have enjoyed traveling throughout the state and meeting advocates from Easton to Cumberland at our Community Meetings with the HSUS.
While we know that the Maryland General Assembly supports a breed neutral dog bite liability law that removes 3rd party liability for landlords (and others), we are getting word from Annapolis that our lawmakers still have differing opinions on the legal standards of how to do this. We will need YOUR support, your phone calls and your emails! Our lawmakers need to know we are paying attention!
If you weren't able to attend one of the Community Meetings, you can still take a moment to review the materials from the presentation. We must be well-informed and united in 2014!
Thank you,
B-More Dog Board

Giving Tuesday
While Black Friday, Small Business Saturday and Cyber Monday, are days to shop, Giving Tuesday is all about giving back and remembering that the holidays are truly about the non-materialistic things.
B-More Dog is excited to take part in GiveCorps' Bmore Gives More campaign to make Baltimore, The Most Generous City in America on Giving Tuesday, December 3, 2013.
Keep checking your inbox, Facebook and Twitter for details!

B-More Dog is extremely grateful for the opportunity to team with the Humane Society of the U.S. to co-sponsor a series of regional meetings throughout the state of Maryland. We look forward to working with all our new friends to pass legislation in 2014
The most important thing we have learned is how often we need to contact our legislators during the process!
There are numerous benchmarks that could end the bill and it is critical that our lawmakers hear from us at each step along the way, so they know we are paying attention and will hold them accountable!
Also, if you weren't able to attend a meeting, Tami has been so kind to share the presentation with us and the FAQ's!

Pit Bulls on Parade
It's the last Parade of 2013! Join B-More Dog on Sunday, December 15, for Pit Bulls on Parade: The Holiday Edition. We will show the City of Baltimore and the State of Maryland what a REAL pit bull looks and acts like- loyal friend, treasured companion, well-behaved family member.
We'll meet at 11 AM by Rash Field, next to the Rusty Scupper restaurant and continue at a leisurely pace around the Power Plant and back.
All well-behaved dogs (and people!) are welcome. You don't have to have a pit bull - or even a dog - to walk with us.
If this is your first parade, please RSVP by email to [email protected].

Hampden Holiday
Bake Sale
When you are celebrating the holiday season and taking in the festive light displays at the "Miracle on 34th Street" in Hampden, make sure to stop by the Bake Sale at 711 W. 34th Street.
B-More Dog will be hosting on: Saturday, November 30 and Sunday, December 29.
If you would like to volunteer to bake goodies, donate hot chocolate supplies or man the bake sale table on one of the B-More Dog nights, contact [email protected].
On other nights throughout the holiday season, the bake sale will benefit BARCS, or one of the many great rescue organizations throughout Baltimore. Indulge your sweet tooth or warm up with some hot chocolate, for a good cause!
