Lecture 2:
The Land of Dharma
This class lays out a mind map of the major spiritual traditions of India: Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainism, and Sikhism. The class will introduce the different ' darshanas' or points of view that are found within each of these Dharmic traditions, and will provide and overview of the scriptural treasures of each tradition.
This class was wildly popular in January. Join us in February!

Never Too Old...To Start Again
Age, as all things, is a state of mind

At 93, Tao Porchon-Lynch is one of the world's oldest yoga teachers (she even holds that Guinness world record). Based in White Plains, New York, Porchon-Lynch teaches yoga around the country and abroad.
Bikram is famous for having said, "You're never too old, never too bad, never too late and never too sick to start from the scratch once again".
