The Melrose Chamber of Commerce and event sponsor AFC Urgent Care invite you to join us for Trick or Treat at Melrose Businesses by opening your doors to our young Trick or Treaters on Friday, October 28th. 

Sponsored by AFC Urgent Care of Saugus, Malden and Stoneham, this is a chance for businesses to get in front of young families from Melrose and the surrounding communities, while generating good will in our own community.
 
When: Friday, October 28th from 3:30pm - 5:00pm. This is a Rain or Shine event.
 
Where: All Melrose businesses are invited to participate. Main Street from Upham to Grove Street will be closed to vehicular traffic.
 
What you need to do: Be prepared for your trick or treaters with 1,500 pieces of commercially wrapped candy. Dress in costume if you choose; decorate your business; and have fun! This may also an opportunity for you to market your business in front of hundreds of families so get creative!
 
Something to think about: Some families brought to our attention the impact of food allergies on some trick or treaters. Something for you to consider is a non-food treat. For more information click here. As this is at your discretion, the Chamber will not visit your business with additional information on food allergies nor have we authorized anyone to do so on the Chamber's behalf.

What else: The Chamber office needs to know if you are joining us no later than Friday, October 14th. Please email us by clicking here or calling the office at the number below. Our volunteers will deliver balloons to you on Friday, October 28th, indicating that you are welcoming trick or treaters. We will also be visiting businesses with a flyer that contains all of these details.
