Dear BECA Amigo,
We ended the month of October with the annual BECA team retreat.
The goal of the retreat is to consider different ideas to improve the BECA program and make recommendations for their implementation in the coming year.
Our team is confident that the recommendations made in the retreat are in the best interests of both the foundation and for future BECA scholarship participants.
Spearking of participants, In November our 47 classifying students will be visiting different Nicaraguan technical schools in and outside the city of Masaya.
They will be evaluating their different career options.
Also this month BECA will be busy with marketing; that is, devising a plan to attract students to participate in our program in 2013.
The goal is to figure out which advertising media and marketing methods will work best to attract future members of our BECA.org family in Nicaragua.
