 JustHope partners, United Church of the Valley, hosted another fun and eventful Music Camp this summer. Amibel, the local music teacher, is a big part of the annual Music Camp. He teaches voice, guitar, recorder, piano and ukulele lessons in the schools 5 days a week, and is also helping to organize a group of local musicians into a once-a-month music night where everyone shares their talents. Music is a part of the culture that poverty has stolen from many communities. UCV is helping to give it back... 
This year, the group also participated in the building of Elba's new house! They were so excited to be a part of this dream coming true! And they brought with them new baseball equipment for the community... And after all of this, they still had energy for playing baseball! JustHope is thrilled to walk alongside this beautiful partnership for the rest of the journey...    |
