Madison, WI (March 11, 2014) The BMO Harris Bank Madison Mini-Marathon & 5K is excited to announce UW Health as the new Presenting Sponsor! In addition, the University of Wisconsin Department of Emergency Medicine will be providing the medical support at the Finish Line. The BMO Harris Bank Madison Mini-Marathon & 5K Presented By UW Health will take place on Saturday, August 16, 2014. Registration for the Mini is now being accepted at MadisonMiniMarathon.com. The 6th Annual event will once again benefit the UW Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology fund called 'Healthy Women, Healthy Babies'. The Department has been the Official Charity of the Mini since the inaugural year!

UW Health thanks the runners and other sponsors of the Madison Mini-Marathon. The proceeds going to the Healthy Women, Healthy Babies Fund will help ensure good birth outcomes for moms and babies in our community and support the research and community outreach of our UW Ob-Gyn department.
