Madison, WI (August 17, 2013) -The BMO Harris Bank Madison Mini-Marathon & 5K presented by Meriter & Physicians Plus drew nearly 6,000 participants in the 5th Anniversary event! Runners from 39 different states and 4 countries were able to enjoy the scenic run.
"The community came together today to produce a world-class event" Said Jeff Graves, President. "From the involvement of over 650 volunteers, nearly 6,000 participants, thousands of spectators, an outstanding public safety team and our fantastic sponsors; the morning brought the Madison community together." Graves continued.

The 6th annual Madison Mini-Marathon & 5K will be Saturday, August 16, 2014 and online registration will open Tuesday, September 24, 2013.
The Madison Mini-Marathon & 5K is produced by Vision Event Management, LLC. VEM is proud to be a part of the Madison community and by being a part of the community, it is important to give back. The Mini is helping people become active and exercise, but it has also committed to support the UW Health Department. The Mini will be donating a portion of the proceeds from the event to a fund called "Healthy Women, Healthy Babies." This fund was created to promote awareness about healthy lifestyles for women of all ages and how their decisions to make healthy choices impact not only their own lives, but the lives of their current and future family members.
