An energetic husband and wife team, Bill and Cheryl Polen are dedicated to the highest level of service when it comes to managing trade shows. The duo has worked with TSN since 2008, coordinating every aspect of special events. From submitting registration, handling all paperwork deadlines, receiving shipments, arranging show services, staffing the event, and personally setting up and dismantling the exhibits, Bill and Cheryl are a one-stop shop for event services. We routinely hear from our clients, "All I had do was show up!"

 

Before TSN, the couple worked at Washington Gas in Springfield, Va. They now live in Daytona Beach, Fla., where they enjoy family and beach time. Cheryl loves gardening and books. Bill enjoys riding his motorcycle, playing golf, and traveling. He's an avid history buff, too.

Don't Forget About Events! 

Many business plans include trade shows and other event activity as a key marketing tool. Events keep your name, logo and face at top of mind for loyal and prospective customers. However, in times of budget cuts, special events seem the easiest to cut because they take a lot of manpower to pull off professionally.

  1. Arrive early to make sure all of your display items get positioned correctly. One out of place display item can throw off the balance of the booth, especially if it is a large vehicle. 
  2. Double check your exhibit orders with the on-site exhibiting company. You'd be surprised how many times things get missed! Commonly ordered items include: electric, carpeting, padding and vacuuming. 
  3. Plan to visit with your customers!  Many companies don't take advantage of this.  You can save thousands on travel costs by meeting with current and potential customers at shows! Take them to dinner, lunch or even breakfast and leave the exhibiting to us!
