Mrs. Barbara Perleberg, SUSD Governing Board Member, will be visiting the DCES campus Monday, April 8th. She will be available to hear concerns and answer questions regarding the current District budget issues at 9:00 am in the cafeteria.
Gift card orders due April 15
  
Gift Card    
The next DCES PTO  gift card orders are due on Monday, April 15th. The gift card program is a terrific way to buy gifts for your teachers for Teacher Appreciation Week (week of May 6) Year End gifts, birthday gifts, Mother's Day, Father's Day, as well as everyday shopping to stores you shop at regular basis, while raising money for DCES.  In addition, there are no activation or additional fees.  The processing turn around is about 10 days, so gift cards should be ready around April 25th.

Mr. Rantala played an April Fools Day joke on the students at DCES on Monday by pretending to camp-out on campus.  The kids got a big kick out the prank....and the timing couldn't have been better on Pajama Day!

The morning shift is from 8:25-8:45 and the afternoon shift is from 3:10 to 3:30.

Community Education's Enrichment Zone engages students in fun activities that create a desire to learn.
