Round-up

  Do you have a child that will begin Kindergarten in August 2013? If so, please reserve Monday, January 14th, 9:30-10:30 am for DCES' Kindergarten Round-Up. The event, for parents and incoming kindergarten students, is a great opportunity to learn about Kindergarten at DCES.

Do you have a child that you would like to attend our Pre-Kindergarten 4 year old program? This event, for parents and incoming pre-kindergarten students, is scheduled for Monday, January 14th, 10:00-10:30 am.

Please RSVP via e-mail wtingley@susd.org with your name, your child's name and the program you will be attending by Wednesday, January 9th.

All students wearing DCES spirit shirts get in free (adults must pay entrance.)

Times: Girls Varsity 5:30 PM, Boys Varsity 7:00 PM.

The Comprehensive (Self-Contained) Gifted Program offers a complete gifted curriculum and is designed for students in grades two through eight who have extraordinary academic needs and ability intellectual potential.

The programs are located at four school sites: Redfield Elementary School for grades 2-5; Hopi Elementary School for grades 4-5; Ingleside Middle School for grade 6; Mohave Middle School for grades 7-8; and Desert Canyon Middle School for grades 6-8.
