Get your Gift Cards,
Orders due Monday, Dec 3rd!
Make holiday gift & everyday shopping easy!! There are NO hidden fees & DCES receives money for every card you buy!! Place your order by Monday, December 3rd!
Take care of holiday shopping for family, friends, teachers, coaches & your own personal shopping through our EASY gift card program which gives $ directly back to your child's school! There are great teacher gift ideas with gift cards as small as $5 to Starbucks.
Here is how the program works! DCES families purchase gift cards for places where they plan to shop or for gift cards for friends & family and use those cards instead of cash or credit. Great Lakes Scrip Center sells those gift cards to the DCES PTO at a discount. DCES families buy the gift cards for full face value and redeem the gift cards for full face value. DCES PTO keeps the difference as a rebate, earning a percentage of every dollar spent using the scrip gift cards.
This is a great program for our school! If you want to buy gift cards for yourself, family, friends, teachers, coaches, aides and more...this is a great opportunity for you to do it...while earning money for DCES! You can shop online at www.shopwithscrip.com and have access to almost 900 merchants!
It's that easy! Just follow the steps to get started:
- Click here to register online.
- Once registered, go to My Account, scroll down to bottom, click on Non-Profits
- Associate your account with Desert Canyon Elementary by entering the DCES Code: CBD46E8821879
Our monthly order is due by Monday, December 3rd! This is the last 2012 gift card order. Please drop off a copy of your order to the front office by Dec. 3rd with a check (made payable to DCES PTO). Orders will then be processed and ready for pick up in the front office by December 13th! If you have any questions about this program, please contact Ali McAleer at amcaleer1@cox.net or 602-740-3672. Thank you!

Our School Nurses and Health Occupations Students will be manning this booth which allows hands-on training in Continuous Chest Compression (Hands-only CPR).
