Ticket to Prevention
On December 22, 373 youth attended the Delaware Prevention Coalition's 'Ticket to Prevention' event at A.I. Dupont Middle School. Participants read alcohol prevention-related info. prior to participating in activities (which included a moon bounce and 'Zap the Zombies' game).

 West End is proud to implement the All Stars evidence-based curriculum in its after-school and summer programming. All Stars focuses on reducing/preventing the use and abuse of drugs and alcohol among youth. |

4th Annual MLK Day
On Monday, January 18, West Side Grows Together, along with 275 community members, gathered to celebrate the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Activities began with a Peace Parade at 2 p.m., followed by a community celebration at 3. Many thanks to all who organized and attended, the Wilmington Peacekeepers and the City of Wilmington for their support!
