Bright Spot Farms
West End's Urban Agriculture program (now called Bright Spot Farms) continues to grow. Thanks to a recent grant from Highmark Delaware, the program purchased and outfitted a 'Mobile Market' (pictured above) that is now bringing fresh, local produce to senior centers, farmers' markets and other locations in the city of Wilmington. Check out the Bright Spot Farms website (click on 'schedule' or 'produce' under the Mobile Market tab) to see what's in season - and when the mobile market will be in your neighborhood! And don't forget to like them on Facebook!
