Holiday Adopt-a-Family Breaks Record

Thanks to the kindness and generosity of 37 incredible sponsors, West End's Holiday Adopt-a-Family program shattered last year's record of 184, ensuring a happy holiday for 194 children this year! Above is one of the numerous thank you cards received from the many grateful kids and families.

Volunteer Spotlight

For the past 3 years, Andrew Bruno has volunteered as a member of West End's Loan Review Committee, which grants loans to help families move into secure housing and rebuild their credit. He even spent additional time learning about West End's programs so that he can explain them to others and refer his own customers if in need. He also sponsors a family through West End's Holiday Adoption program every year. How does he get into the holiday spirit? Click here to find out!

GED Awardees

On Thursday, Dec.12, West End proudly recognized its 2012-13 class of GED recipients. Attended by over 150, the event celebrated the efforts of students who received their GED between May 2012 and December 2013, as well those currently awaiting test results. Congrats on a job well done!
