Cheers!!!
(To you & to bubbly)

Happy New Year! We hope that everyone has had a great 2015, and we want to thank all of you, the grandest customers in the galaxy, for your enthusiasm, loyalty, and wine-lovin'-ness. As we enter our shiny new year, we're excited to continue sharing our famously eternal passion for estate-grown wines and infamous zaniness!
But, without further adieu, we should get to the heart of the matter: Bubbly! We have a goliath selection of Cava, Champagne, Charmat, and Crémant to wet whistles and whet appetites for celebration. We proudly present: Sparkling wines refresh the palate and invigorate the soul! They're typically very labor intensive as well, so don't shake them up and spray them. It's bad karma. See above. Celebrate them! Love them and be loved by them...

Tasty Tuesday!"Welcome 2016"
This Tuesday, January 5th, we present our FREE midweek wine tasting! Every Tuesday is tasty...
What does 2016 hold? Who knows! It's almost as cryptic as the above image (which is supposed to depict three mysterious bottles, a question mark, and "2016"). For the year's first Tasty Tuesday, 2016 holds precisely whatever we want it to. That means, of course, that three of our favorite selections are joining us without so much as a rhyme, reason, or theme to tie them together. They're a surprise, but expect some bubbles, spice, and something else nice. We wouldn't pour you something that's not nice.

New Year's Eve Tasting!
From 5-7pm, "try before you buy"
Sparkling Extravaganza!
Join us tomorrow (New Year's Eve) as we indulge in delicious sparkling wines and celebrate the imminence of 2016. While festive occasions indeed demand that we break out the bubbles, we can't let ourselves forget that these wines themselves are truly worth celebration. For New Year's, we're hauling out some of our very favorites - an Alsatian Crémant and two glorious Champagnes which are lusciously lively, rich, and resplendently festive from the very first sip. Happy New Year!!!
Riesling, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Noir
(Alsace, France)
LEMON & GRANNY SMITH. FLORAL & DELICATE HONEY From Alsace, quite possibly the origin of France's most haunting and ephemeral whites, comes this intensely flavorful and bright Cremant. Striking a very satisfying balance between powerfully tangy fruit character and complex mineralistic and floral notes, this seamless blend of Pinot Blanc, Riesling, and Pinot Noir combines a...
Champagne Brut Blanc de Blancs
100% Chardonnay
(Champagne, France)
BOLD LIME, YEASTY & RICH, CHISELED BUT SOFT
This Blanc de Blancs (white wine]from white grapes - in this case, Chardonnay) is racy and very rich but still easy-going. Unlike the factory wines which dominate the world of Champagne today, this is handmade in minute quantities by a small, independent vigneron...
Champagne Grand Cru Brut à Cramant Blanc de Blancs
100% Chardonnay
(Champagne, France)
FULL-BODIED, TART, BRIOCHE, APPLE, SILKY MOUSSE This is blazing, mind-blowing Champagne that has the perfect combination of mineral/leesy complexity and highly focused acidity. The pedigree is there, Grand Cru vineyards are only used, all from the village of Cramant, the source of the finest Chardonnay in the Champagne region. This Blanc de Blancs...
