This new year heralds a new era for us at Wine Authorities as we prepare our second store for its imminent opening. Whether or not you plan to tune in at midnight and watch the ball drop in Times Square, it's essential not to drop the ball on great bubbly when ringing in the New Year. We're stocked up with sparklers of all shapes, sizes, and colors from around the world. We will keep our regularly scheduled hours on New Year's Eve (10am-7pm) and will be closed on January 1st, 2nd, & 3rd.
The time has come again to embrace wine's eternal symbol of youth and renewal. Every year on the third Thursday of November, the arrival of Beaujolais Nouveau heralds the completion of (virtually all) grape harvests throughout Europe. In fact, it tends to be the first commercially available wine of the year from anywhere in the Northern Hemisphere!

Very, very, very soon
in the Land of Raleigh...
Take your gowns and tuxedos to the dry cleaners - or at least hunt for your best jean shorts and relatively intact flip-flops - because there is almost a new Wine Authorities in this land, and we could not be more proud or excited. It's been months in the making, but the racks are soon to be full, the Enomatic is preparing to flow, and the staff is ready to help you pick out some perfect estate wines. We're not quite ready to throw open the doors, but the opening of Wine Authorities Raleigh at 211 E Franklin St. is imminent, and when it happens, we want you to come party with us. Check our Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram for updates on the exact moment that we'll be opening our doors to the public (it may very well be this weekend), and get ready! Chase away the post-holiday budgeting blues with our unprecedentedly extensive selection of boxed wines!
