Tasty Tuesday!
  Go Green with Vinho Verde...

This Tuesday, July 2nd, we present our FREE mid-week wine tasting.  Every Tuesday is tasty! From 5:00 - 7:00, we host this bonus tasting of three wines to get you through the early week and land you safely on hump day!
Vinho Verde Trio
Spritzy, refreshingly tart, and the very essence of crisp, summer vibrancy, Vinho Verde simultaneously lives up to its reputation and goes beyond it. Vinho Verde is, after all, not simply a style of wine from Portugal.  It is the country's northernmost region - a region that is stretching its legs and re-evaluating its identity with wines that sometimes replace the spritz with riper, richer flavors.  Join us this Tuesday as we take a closer look at a few of Vinho Verde's many faces!
And don't forget:
Tasty Tuesday 20%
Mixed Case Discount!
After you taste, put together 12 bottles from our Tasty Tuesday lineup, and we'll take an entire 20% off!

Summery Wine Cocktails for the 4th
.
Wine Cocktail 2
It's time again for one of our most anticipated tastings of the year.  Each weekend before July 4th, we like to celebrate by pouring wine cocktails and sangria in place of the standalone wine selections which we typically feature.  This year we have three newcomers to our lineup - a dry vermouth-based delight with grenadine and citrus, a very French and funky shandy, and a spicy treat with explosive aromatics. Our always popular W.A. Sangria will be returning.  Bottoms up!

"Country Club Cooler"

(+soda, orange & lemon peel)

VERY AROMATIC, PUNGENT HERB, DRY & LIGHT
Using the same base recipe since 1821, Dolin is the Vermouth of choice. Located in Chambéry, high in the French Alps, this estate still uses real plants and herbs rather than extracts to infuse the base wine for Vermouth.  In this year's wine cocktail tasting, we're blending it with Jack Rudy's Small Batch Grenadine, soda, and orange & lemon peel to create a spritzy refresher for the summer...

Our latest and greatest recipe for a classic Sangria, an indispensable refreshment for the hot weather! We recommend Aliaga's Tempranillo for the red wine base and Mas Codina's Cava Brut to add an invigorating touch of spritz...

FRESH & FUNKY, BRIGHT CITRUS, HERBS & YEASTY GOODNESS
This is a funky-fresh twist on the classic beer cocktail.  We're going half and half beer and cider in our delightfully bright lemonade-infused concoction designed for the beach or back porch...
