Presbyterian Women Opening Day
|
Tuesday, September 15 12:00 noon
Join us on this day of celebration as we renew friendships and hear God's word together. Our speaker will be the Rev. Janet Winslow, Senior Pastor at Bon Air Presbyterian Church, who will speak on "Reflect, Reclaim, Rejoice! Making Our Way through Times of Transition." A nursery will be provided free of charge.
Please make your reservation by Sunday, September 13, at 12:15 pm. You may register and pay online , or sign up on the bulletin board and pay at the door.
New Meal Pricing
There hasn't been a price increase in the cost for our PW meals in a while, and with the cost of food going up, we are trying to meet in the middle and keep it affordable. However, with our pre-pay option, meals are still as low as $7.50 each. Online payment is available at a small extra charge.
Here are the details:
Annual Reservations (all 8 meals) available before September 15th
Cash or Check: $7.50 per meal, 8 meals = $60.00
Online: $8.00 per meal, 8 meals = $64.00
Individual Reservations (one meal at a time)
Cash or Check: $8.00 per meal
Online: $8.50 per meal
No Show Reservations
We have seen an increase in people making reservations and not coming to the meal, which leads to leftover food. If you make a reservation and don't use it, then you will be expected to pay for the meal. A card will be sent to you reminding you that you still owe for the meal payment in cash or check.
