Middle School Travel Programs Are Underway
Pacific Ridge Middle Schoolers are busy exploring locales on both coasts of the United States this week. Seventh graders are studying field science at Nature Bridge in the Santa Monica mountains, learning about the area's watershed from its hills to its tide pools. In Williamsburg, eighth graders have explored historic Jamestown, and have enjoyed sailing aboard a schooner and practicing 18th-century brickmaking in Yorktown. They have also demonstrated superb travel etiquette that has not gone unnoticed. After their plane touched down at Dulles Airport, flight attendants complimented the Pacific Ridge students over the loudspeakers for being such a great travel group!
