Energy Dashboard Gets Green Light

Mrs. Symington and the AP Environmental Science class are excited to announce that the Pacific Ridge School Building Dashboard is online and tracking electricity use in Mullady Hall and the Athletic Center. Values on the dashboard are updated every 15 minutes, and students can observe and measure changes in energy use by running simple experiments such as turning off lights or other equipment in the buildings. Mrs. Symington is enthusiastic about the dashboard's usefulness. "We think this is going to be a great tool for Pacific Ridge," she says. "It can really help us raise awareness of how much energy we are consuming and how we can conserve."
