Secrets of a ScrumMaster: Agile Practices for the Service Desk

We bring to you another offering for your Agile line of training
This sixteen (16) hour course describes process owner responsibilities and provides the education needed to oversee the design, reengineering and improvement of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes; particularly in the context of Agile Service Management. Participants learn how to use Agile and Lean principles and practices to put in place 'just enough' process and how to continually align process performance with overall business goals.

Class also includes experiential exercises, GAME ON! An Interactive Learning Experience and access to ITSM Academy's Learner Portal.
ITSM Academy and PEOPLECERT

As many of you know, Loyalist Certification Services (LCS) will be discontinuing their operation as of May 31, 2015.  We are thankful for their 10+ years of service and wish their team well.

 

For those of you with outstanding vouchers through LCS, they will expire on May 30.  If you can't take your exam before May 30, contact us to be issued a new voucher.

 

If you had previously taken an exam through LCS, we recommend that you sign onto their system and print all of your certificates prior to the end of the month.  Although the data will be available, after that the final details have not been announced.

 

While we continue to hold accreditation with multiple Exam Institutes, we have listed PEOPLECERT as our primary  EI. 

 

Even if you aren't planning on taking an exam in the immediate future, you can create a profile in their Passport System and create your PEOPLECERT profile. If you already have one, simply log in and upload your certs.
