So you've taken a few ITIL classes, really understand the processes and have had some real successes in implementing these new ideas at your organization. But you want to take it one step further...

To validate, strengthen and apply your ITIL knowledge, we have the Managing Across the Lifecycle (MALC) course, which will tie together all your ITIL knowledge. Upon successful completion of the test, will award you with the coveted title: ITIL Expert.

CPDE in Colorado -- and other locations

We are continuing to expand our public class locations -- in July, we will be hitting the road to bring CPDE to Colorado Springs, CO.
