On February 5th, we had our first class in our new Fort Lauderdale training centerWe welcomed nine learners, as they took their first steps onto ITIL Island. We look forward to seeing and educating many others in our new home. 

Alumni, don't worry.  We are in the same building, same floor even, just moved across the hall to a fancy new space!

ITIL to ISO 20K

Are you ready?  The US government wants contractors to meet certain standards to make their procurement easier.  The 2013 National Defense Authorization Act ("2013 NDAA"), signed by the President on January 3, 2013, includes a provision allowing the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) to ask contractors for their internal audit reports and then keep track of the contractors' responses.
