Minnesota Receives
itSMF USA LIG Excellence Award | |
This year at FUSION, itSMF Minnesota received the LIG Excellence Award for delivering quality programs with high participant satisfaction.
 Special consideration was given for the MN Vendor Fair which focused on ITSM Strategy, Planning and Governance and was managed by ITSM Academy's own Leslie Kapocius, the itSMF MN Membership Chair.

Fusion 2012 Wrap Up | |
 To those of you who were able to join us at FUSION12, it was great seeing you all! And for those of you who were not able to attend, we've put together our Annual Wrap Up.

ITSM Academy Alumni - Virtual Classes | When our primary Examination Institute, LCS, first announced the proctoring service via web cam, some of us here at the Academy were NOT fans of the idea. We worried about it being a "big eye" staring at us while we took the exam. Then we tested it, and we loved it! This quote from the LCS website kind of says it all.... 
Couple that great testing experience with the reaction we've received from our virtual class alumni: "The quality of the instruction and interaction in my virtual Service Strategy class was fantastic.
