This very colorful quilt uses the splash line of fabrics. Will meet ONCE a month-either the second Monday or the third Saturday-choose which day is best for you. The completed quilt measures approximately 84 X 101 inches.

Paper Piecing

This class is suitable for the first time paper piecers or those who have experience. Paper piecing is a very old practice. You can follow a pattern printed on the paper, or just use random strips. The paper creates a stable background, so you do not have to be concerned about grain lines. It is a great way to use all those scraps you have saved for many years and don't know what to do with.
Shirley's Purse

This purse is a perfect size for carrying "just what you need" and nothing more. It will easily hold a wallet and has 4 inside pockets for necessities. However, when your kids or husband asks you to carry something for them, it just won't fit!
Beginning Sewing Club

You'll see that starting to sew (again?) can be exciting, relaxing and not at all scary! You will also be introduced to those essential notions that can make your life "sew" much easier. All this under the guidance of a knowledgeable instructor, in a pleasant and friendly atmosphere. Each month a kit will be provided to complete simple project.

These baby bibs are not your everyday bibs! These are fine dining bibs that will make you say, "My baby is the cutest baby in the restaurant." There are three versions, Mr. Businessman, Mr. Cowboy and Mr. Formal included in the pattern, but we will be doing Mr. Businessman in class. These bibs will fit baby boys, sizes 6 to 18 months

Let your guests know they have entered a quilter's home by displaying this wall hanging in your entry. It is strip pieced. There are no set in seams. It can be made in any fabric combination to match your décor. If you want a larger quilt you can add borders to make it the size desired.

Floriani Software Class

Whether you already own Floriani digitizing software or My Decorative Quilter, or are thinking about purchasing it, this class is for you! This class will walk you through getting started with your software and navigating it. We'll show you the tools, opening screen, support forums, and tutorial videos.
*Class is no-charge if software was purchased from Fenton Sew & Vac
You can register for class either at the store or by phone. Fees are due at the time of registration and can be paid in person at the store, by credit card over the phone, or with a check through the mail. A paid class fee is the only thing that guarantees your spot in class and prevents you from being "bumped: when the class fills.
Class registration closes three (3) days prior to the scheduled class date.
No fees will be refunded or credits issued for a missed class. Our commitment to our instructors does not allow make-up classes. Refunds or in-store credits will be issued only if: (a) The store cancels the class, or (b) You notify us three (3) days prior to the scheduled class date.
Only registered students may attend a class. Any one "sitting-in" must also register.
In order to provide high-quality sewing education, WE REQUIRE that FABRIC for classes be purchased at Fenton Sew N Vac. Students are eligible to receive a 10% discount off regular priced merchandise for class materials and/or for purchases of regularly priced merchandise on the day of the class.
Please refrain from using colognes and perfumes; someone in class may have an allergic reaction to heavy fragrances.
The classroom opens 15 minutes before scheduled class time.
