August FOUR NEW DailyBurn classes:  

 

DailyBurn Tabata 1 (click to view) Cody Storey takes you through 4 body-weight moves, 8 rounds per move. This class will ignite metabolism by alternating 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest.

DailyBurn Kettlebells 1 (DBK) (click to view) is the first full workout in the DBK Program. In this workout, Cody Storey will help you create a foundation based on movement progressions while burning fat and building strength from the inside out. 

DailyBurn Lean Abs (click to view) This intense abs routine will get you lean, sexy abs by combining cardio with a number of core exercises. Only 30 minutes long,  is a great for fitting a quick workout into any busy schedule.

DailyBurn Meditation Yoga. (click to view) After these intense workouts, try this to relax.  Yoga exercises are the perfect recovery for sore and fatigued muscles. In less than 25 minutes Briohny Smyth takes you through some basic but challenging Yoga moves that will help restore muscle tissue and get them ready for the workouts ahead.
